KG Asphalt provides residential and commercial asphalt services, including paving, patching, sealcoating, and crack repair. Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the request.

2. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from KG Asphalt.

• Message Content: Messages may include appointment reminders, quotes, project updates, and invoices.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that work areas are clear of vehicles and debris on the day of scheduled service. KG Asphalt is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines or landscaping adjacent to the work area.

4. Limitation of Liability

KG Asphalt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.
